From the releasing date of Mafia it’s been one of the Top Games of All Time. Based between the early and late 30's timeline on the fictional city of Lost Haven; Mafia was the story of a life of a simple man, from just another guy in the crowd to getting involved in the mafia and reaching to the top; and finally to a practical ending where it was all worth nothing. The story is considered as one of the best storylines of all time. At the end of he game the gamer is left with a whole open city all by their self’s and with some side missions. But how many of us has felt it as boring as any other third person roleplay game of the same genre?

"Never Play Alone" is the catchphrase theme of the new Mafia Mod MAFIA-MP, where MP stands For Multilayer which enables players to play online competing against each other. Its not revealed yet how the actual online game play and server features will be but the idea is much like GTA SA MP Mod that allows the player to play against players all over the globe on either official or personal servers running on different game styles, themes & mods both personal and official.

The Mod is currently under its final stages of development and was due to be released at the end of December 2007, but because of some final stage development issues and other fixes the release date has been canceled and currently under hold. Mod is being developed by a team of 7 who are from Norway, Netherlands, Germany, Canada, Finland & Sweden. The Leader programmer is Mats who is from Norway.

Based on the Game DEAL or No DEAL, is a fairly nice game with all original soundtracks and likely interface. Like the TV show you start off with selecting one of the 26 briefcases. Among the cases there is one case that has the $1000,000. You pick out the briefcases one by one and after every round the banker will call and make you an offer depending on your gameplay, if you take out the largest amounts first you are more likely to get a low offer from the banker. Its up to you if you wish to continue or make a deal & settle with the money that the banker offers you. Most of the times you will get lot more than the banker offers but some times you just might run out of luck and get nothing. Overall a very well designed game that offers you a addictive gameplay that wont bore you any time soon.
